When will my flower order be fulfilled?

Flower orders will resume fulfillment on Friday, January 23rd. Any orders placed before this date will be processed starting Friday, January 23rd.

How far in advance should I order flowers?

We recommend ordering at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability of your preferred arrangement. For special occasions or large orders, please give us as much notice as possible.

Can I customize my flower arrangement?

Absolutely! You can add special instructions directly from your cart before proceeding to checkout. Let us know your color preferences, specific blooms you'd like, or any special requests, and our designers will do their best to accommodate.

What areas do you deliver to?

We happily deliver to the Philipsburg, Hall, and Drummond areas. Please contact us directly to confirm delivery availability to Georgetown lake and Anaconda. We're happy to discuss delivery options for your specific location.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, our fresh flower arrangements typically last 5-7 days or longer. We recommend changing the water every 2-3 days, trimming stems at an angle, and keeping your arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat sources, always add the provided floral food solution to your water once changed. 

What if I need to change my delivery date?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your delivery date. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, though we recommend reaching out at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Do your arrangements feature seasonal flowers?

Yes! All our arrangements feature seasonal colors and blooms that may vary from season to season. We purchase the best quality florals from our wholesalers, so our weekly selection is always a little different. This ensures you receive the freshest, most beautiful blooms available.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Yes! Please leave us a message with your order for any specifics you'd like. We'll do our very best to fill your arrangement with all of your desires, based on seasonal availability.

Are the photos on your website exactly what I'll receive?

The photos provide examples of size and style for reference. Since we use seasonal blooms, some flowers may change due to seasonal availability, but we always maintain the same quality and aesthetic.
